For six generations our family has farmed the rich fertile soil of Southern Mexico to grow the finest green chile in the world. Opinions differ among the locals as to why it is so unique. Farmers swear the sandy loam soil, coupled with Rio Grande River water and desirable Chile climate creates a robust flavor found nowhere else in the world.
