Hatch Green Chile Chimichurri
Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup Young Guns Hatch Green Chile
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
Instructions

Add the parsley, garlic, shallots, Young Guns Hatch Green Chile, salt, pepper, oregano and red wine vinegar to a food processor. Process until finely minced.
- Transfer to a bowl and pour in the olive oil. Mix until combined.
- Enjoy!
